Collect, trade, be kind

Collectors of every age share this place — some are opening their very first packs. These are the few rules that keep it friendly, and what the team does when they're broken.

Conduct

Be kind

  • Hate and slurs

Nothing that attacks people for who they are — race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, age or anything else.

  • Harassment

No insults, threats, pile-ons or messaging someone who’s asked you to stop. Blocking means they’re done talking.

  • Adult or graphic content

Keep messages, names and photos suitable for everyone. No sexual content, gore or anything that sexualises minors — that last one goes straight to the authorities.

Trading

Trade honestly

Trades here are card for card. The full trading rules, fees and packing standards are on the trade safety page.

  • No counterfeits, proxies, reprints or “custom” cards passed off as real.
  • Describe condition honestly — played, bent, graded or mint.
  • Never ask another trader for money. The only payments are the hub fee and postage for verified trades, paid on the trade page.
  • Ship what you agreed, when you agreed. Disappearing after an accepted trade counts as a scam.
  • No trading for reviews, and no pressuring people to accept.

Profiles

Names and photos

Your handle, display name and photo are seen by everyone you message or trade with, so they follow the same rules as everything else. Names with slurs or profanity are refused when you save them.

Only the team looks like the team

Names like admin, mod, staff, support, official or Cae & Lexi are reserved. Real team members have a Team or Mod badge next to their name in messages, profiles and trades — if there’s no badge, it isn’t us. Pretending to be the team, or another collector, gets an account removed.

Privacy

Keep personal details private

  • Don’t post addresses, phone numbers or other personal details in messages. Shipping addresses are shared only through the trade page, and only when a trade needs them.
  • Don’t share someone else’s details, messages or photos without asking.
  • Nobody on the team will ever ask for your password or a sign-in code.

Spam

No spam, no selling (yet)

No advertising, copy-pasted messages to lots of people, or links to sales elsewhere. A marketplace for selling singles is on the way — until then, this is a place to collect and trade.

Moderation

What the team can see and do

Cae & Lexi and the moderators they trust keep the community safe. To do that, the team can read any conversation on the site — usually because something was reported or looks like a scam. Every time a team member opens a conversation it’s logged, and so is every action they take, with the reason.

When the team acts on your account, you’re told what happened and why the next time you visit.

  • WarningA note that something crossed a line. Nothing else changes.
  • Removing a messageThe message is replaced with “removed by a moderator” for everyone in the conversation.
  • Resetting a name or photoAnything that breaks the name rules is cleared — you can pick a new one.
  • Pausing tradingYou can still message and collect, but can’t make or accept trades until it’s restored.
  • SuspensionNo messages or trades for a while — often a set number of days, after which it lifts on its own. Open offers are withdrawn.
  • BanThe account becomes read-only: no messages, trades or profile changes, and its public profile is hidden. Serious cases may have the account deleted.

Think we got it wrong? Reach Cae & Lexi on Twitch, YouTube or TikTok with your handle, and someone who wasn’t involved will take another look.

Reporting

See something? Report it

Reports go straight to the team and are private — the person you report isn’t told who sent it.

  • A message: tap it (or hover over it on a computer) and choose Report.
  • A person: the menu on their profile or at the top of your conversation.
  • Just want them gone? Block them — they can’t message you or send you offers, and they aren’t told.

The team reviews every report. You’ll get a note when yours has been looked at. A problem with a trade itself — wrong cards, nothing arrived — goes through a dispute on the trade page instead.

Ready to trade?

The trade safety page covers fees, packing and how the hub checks every card.
